Are your tests reliable? 

Many of our tests are approved/cleared by the United States FDA (Food and Drug Administration), however, no home diagnostic test is 100% accurate.  

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed by 3pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), will be shipped the same day unless the product is back ordered. If there is a delay, you will be notified.      

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders for $30.00 or more are shipped for free.

How can I pay for the tests that are purchased?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Any check must be cleared before your shipment leaves our warehouse. If you wish to pay by check or money order, an order form must be used and can be printed directly from our website. This form will provide our mailing address.

What will I see on my credit card statement after I place an order?

You will see “MHT” on your statement for privacy as well as on the return address label on your package.

What will happen when I place an order?

An email with confirmation information will be sent the day you place your order. This email will contain the specifics of your order and it will be sent to the email address you provided.

If I order an item incorrectly, can I return it?

All sales are final. MHT will issue a refund or exchange your purchase only when you are shipped either the wrong item or a defective item. All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to mailing the product back to MHT. Our customer service representative will provide the RMA after the email is reviewed. The RMA must be visible on the return package.
