These tests require that you read all product packing papers thoroughly.  After using any of our tests, you may want to contact your physician or any health care provider. These tests are an indicator for further testing by a medical professional.  Self diagnosing or treating is not recommended.  Please contact your physician so that he can re test you if you have symptoms or test positive for any disease. Although many of our tests are FDA approved or cleared please know that no home diagnostic tests are 100% accurate. 


None of the testing products and services provided on MHT can be used for any legal purposes (except the ones that are specifically named as legal test). These tests are designed and provided as the initial screening for any alleged substance abuse and/or any other diagnostics. While most instant tests and collection kits provide accurate results, it is important not try to use them in any legal issues or court cases.

On your credit card statement you will see MHT.  We do this for your privacy on your statement and the return address label on your package. 

Please be aware when you purchase a test kit we are not responsible for the liability and warranty of the products. All responsibilities are the product manufacturer ONLY.

Shipping Policy:

We ship FREE of charge for all orders over $30.00. At this time we only ship to locations in the United States and Canada. For your privacy all shipments will be in plain boxes with MHT above our address. Below are the charges for all other orders.        

Orders received before 3:00 P.M. Eastern time will be processed and the shipped that day unless the product is back ordered.  You will be notified if there is a delay. 

Returns Policy

All sales are final. MHT will refund your money or exchange your purchase ONLY when we ship the wrong or defective items.

If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify our customer service department via email at customerservice@Medicalhometesting.com.

Please describe the details about your complaint.  After we contact the manufacturer, we will notify you which procedure to follow.  All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to mailing their product back to MHT.  Our customer service representative will provide the RMA after the email is reviewed. The RMA must be visible on the package.


If you are instructed to mail a package back to MHT please use a traceable method so that the package will not be lost.

MHT does not release of information to third parties.  We do not sell, rent or lease any information to anybody.  You will not be sent follow up emails from us unless we are out of stock or unless you request such information.  We do not distribute, track or keep any information about our customers.  We do track statistics such as the number of visitors, which kits are selling or pages are visited more often. This is so that we can better serve you in the future.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alterations of the information under our control.
